The Challenge

Collect highly focused input from industry leaders on the current state of play for the design and visual arts industry to inform State government policy direction within a short time frame.

What we did

RipeOnline developed a collaborative online environment to brief the industry stakeholders on the areas of discussion and engaged them in sharing strategic insights on the key issues with catalyst commentary generating interaction. We then facilitated face to face sessions across various locations with the significant outcomes being documented and analysed in a report for senior management.

Results

Industry stakeholders were enlivened by the think tank process and energy around new policy development was ignited. Our client Arts Tasmania, a State government department, has formed new strategic insights to inform future cultural policy. New industry relationships have been formed through the process with ongoing networking benefits.
